Home of Cream of Soup Mix Recipe


Cream of soup mix:


Ingredients

  • 2 c powdered non-fat dry milk
  • 3/4 c cornstarch
  • 1/4 c instant chicken bouillon (regular or low sodium)
  • 2 Tbsp dried onion flakes 
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning (use as optional)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a recloseable plastic bag.
2. Mix well.

  5. Now this is a silly question, but can you use this in a recipe in place of any of the "cream of" soups? Does it make a difference if the recipe calls for cream of chicken, or celery, or mushroom, etc.? How do you alter the recipe depending on which one the recipe calls for? Any help you can give is appreciated!
